Complimentary orientation for new clients
New to Sentirsi?
For all new clients, we offer a complimentary 30-minute orientation session. This one-on-one private appointment with an expert instructor lets you experience our unique, customized approach to intelligent exercise. You’ll tour the studio, review your wellness goals and current fitness level, and try basic Pilates exercises—including a gentle introduction to the Pilates Reformer. Together, we’ll develop the best plan tailored just for you.
Introductory Sessions
New to Pilates or returning after a break?
Our Introductory Sessions are the perfect way to begin. You’ll learn the fundamentals, safely explore Pilates equipment, and build confidence as you improve posture, mobility, and body awareness. Guided by our expert instructors, you’ll gain a solid foundation while discovering the best path forward for your Pilates practice. Planning to join group classes? Introductory Sessions also cover essential exercises, equipment setup, spring settings, and safety to prepare you for success in a group setting.
Private Sessions
Experience fully customized one-on-one sessions designed around your unique needs, abilities, and movement history. Ideal for improving alignment, addressing specific concerns, or deepening your practice with focused instructor support.
Private Sessions with Senior Instructor
Work with one of our most experienced instructors for elevated, expert-level guidance. Perfect for those seeking advanced technique refinement, post-rehabilitation support, or a more strategic approach to performance and progress.
Virtual Private Sessions
Experience the benefits of personalized Pilates instruction with the flexibility and convenience of virtual access, wherever life takes you. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or on vacation and can’t make it to the studio, our expert instructors will guide you live via Zoom, tailoring exercises to your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. These interactive sessions focus on proper form and mindful movement—all adapted for a safe and effective workout in any setting.
Duet Sessions
Enjoy a personalized workout with a partner in a shared session that’s both motivating and tailored to your individual needs. A great option for friends, couples, or family members looking to move, learn, and grow together.
Power Plate Sessions
Power Plate uses whole-body vibration technology to accelerate training and boost results. This dynamic workout activates muscles more deeply to improve strength, circulation, and recovery. Get an instructor guided, full-body session in only 30 minutes!
Small Group Classes
Limited to a maximum of 4 people, our small group Pilates classes offer a supportive, non-competitive environment where proper form and safety are prioritized. Enjoy a variety of workouts designed to challenge both body and mind while building strength, balance, and control.
Group class participants must have Pilates experience on both the Reformer and Tower. No experience? Try our Introductory Package to get you prepared for group classes. Introductory sessions teach you necessary exercises, equipment set-up, spring settings, and safety to ensure success in group classes.
