Please be mindful that Sentirsi is a safe, non-judgmental environment for all who practice with us. Please respect your fellow clients’ space and personal belongings. Sentirsi Studio is not liable for personal belongings.

  • Hygiene is important! Please keep your body and clothes (especially socks) fresh and clean.
  • We strive to be a fragrance-free environment. Please refrain from wearing heavily-scented perfumes or similar products.
  • Silence all cell phones and leave them in your bag or cubby. Texting is NOT allowed during sessions and classes.
  • Remove shoes and leave in designated areas.
  • Wear socks for all sessions and classes.
  • After your group class, please clean all equipment, including props, that you used and return to original location/position.
  • Full Payment is due by Date of Service.
  • A Minimum 24-hour notice must be given when cancelling/rescheduling all appointments and classes. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you lose the session.
  • All Class and Private Session Passes & Membership Plans have expiration dates. Please see Terms & Conditions for specifics. NO extensions will be given.
  • Instructor assignments and class schedule are subject to change without notice.
  • Classes with continual low enrollment are subject to cancellation per management discretion. If a class you are registered for has been cancelled, you will be notified in a timely manner based on your notification settings (i.e. text and/or email.) You will NOT be charged.
  • All sales are final and non-transferable. There are no refunds or partial refunds for paid services.
